Advent International (Advent), one of the largest international investors, announced on Thursday that it had completed the Advent International Fund GPE IX Limited Partnership (GPE IX). Budget growth – $ 17.5 billion – was higher than $ 16 billion in the fund. Advent of the former International Fund, GPE VIII, was closed to $ 13 billion in 2016.
"The success of GPE IX shows a great adventure for Advent and increases the number of investments that may go to India," said Shweta Jalan, Executive Director of Mumbai Advent. "As an old international currency, with GPE IX, we will be able to invest in a part of the Indian capital to seek our long-term partnerships with management teams to strengthen business transformation and revenue growth." Advent worked in India until 2007 and has invested nearly $ 1 billion to help build the country's value-added business, "she said.
GPE IX follows the same strategy as the Advent 8 Global Fund Equity (GPE), investing in securities, business firms, public business and business interactions, primarily in Europe and North America and Asia and Latin America options.
The specialist unit is central to the Advent system since its establishment, and the Fund will continue to focus on five key companies where the company has experience and knowledge: (1) business and financial services; (2) health care; (3) industry; (4) retail, customer and leisure; and (5) technology, media and telecommunications.
Advent has recently announced a plan to expand its commitment to the technology sector by expanding the technical investment group and opening up a new office in the San Francisco Bay Area.
"I'm happy with the strong support from the GPE IX maalgashadeeda fresh and new," said David Mussafer, a manager working in Advent in Boston. "We believe that our success is why we are a central hub of our departments, global governance, the private sector partnership, and the key resources we invest in our investments," he added.
